I used #rust, for the early versions of the Serene compiler, and I gave up on it due to some technical difficulties with the lang itself. But I'm happy that I made that choice. What a horrible foundation they got 🤯

It's really harsh, to be honest. I know that other langs like python might have similar trademark rules, but this one is extreme, and those additional blog posts made it the worst IMO. They didn't communicate the main purpose at all. This is the first lang that I see people are being hostile about the trademark terms. Some people forked rust as well.
